Users should be aware that the configuration and available features of the FTQ Lab app may vary. Registration requires possession of an activation code. If you do not have an activation code and have not been directed to download the FTQ Lab app, it is advisable to download the FAIRTIQ app instead. The activation code facilitates a customized setup for the application. Depending on the code used, certain functionalities may be restricted, such as the ability to purchase valid travel tickets directly within the FTQ Lab app. In such cases, users will need to acquire separate tickets for authorized travel. Please review the specific terms and conditions as well as in-app guidance relevant to each setup.

The FTQ Lab app accommodates seamless travel regardless of the number of stops or transfers between different modes of transport, including trains, buses, and trams. This application aims to streamline your travel experience by eliminating unnecessary complications.

How It Works:
To initiate the registration process, users must enter an activation code that outlines their geographical travel area and applicable settings. Following successful registration, users are prepared to utilize the FTQ Lab app for their journeys. Prior to boarding any vehicle—be it a train, bus, tram, or boat—simply swipe the “Start” button within the app. It is noteworthy that users do not need to specify their final destination at this stage. Upon reaching your destination, activate the “Stop” button in the FTQ Lab app to view any applicable optimized costs for your trip. If you happen to forget to check out, a reminder will be provided. In case of a ticket inspection, you can conveniently access your ticket by selecting “View Ticket” in the app. As always, please familiarize yourself with specific terms and conditions along with in-app details associated with each FTQ Lab configuration.
